Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (MS Project or Primavera P6). Proactively manage critical paths and resource allocation to meet strict outage windows.
Manage project P&L, including budget forecasting, cost control, and change order negotiations to ensure target margins are achieved.
Serve as the primary point of contact for utility owners, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams.
Enforce rigorous HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and quality assurance protocols at project sites.
Identify technical and commercial risks early in the project lifecycle and implement robust mitigation strategies.
