Prepare equipment, materials and ingredients for demonstrations and hands‑on courses.
Scale ingredients and prepare semi‑finished products (batters, pastries, creams, fillings, etc.).
Assist during live trainings and demonstrations at the Chocolate Academy Centre.
Manage Chocolate Academy stock of chocolate, food items and ingredients.
Prepare market lists and place orders on time.
Receive and store goods according to FIFO principles, minimizing waste.
Perform month‑end inventory of all pastry kitchen items.
Ensure proper labeling, hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Monitor the condition of all Academy equipment and ensure cleaning, sanitation and maintenance after use.
Welcome and host guests and customers at the Chocolate Academy Centre.
Manage bookings, registrations and requests related to Academy activities.
Support calendar management for trainings, demonstrations and customer visits.
Prepare documentation for trainings and technical activities (recipe booklets, training materials, translations).
Gather product brochures and assemble Academy files.
Record and report information related to demonstrations and customer visits.
Attend internal trainings to continuously develop culinary and technical skills.
Support testing and development of innovative recipes using Barry Callebaut products.
Execute agreed training programs within the Chocolate Academy.
