Job Description

  • Serve as a trusted quantitative advisor to the product management, marketing, sales, and engineering teams.

  • Design, build, and analyze monetization strategies for new and existing products, with a focus on advanced pricing models like API pricing, tokenization, and consumption.

  • Apply machine learning, statistical analysis, econometric modeling, and optimization science to understand customer behavior, predict demand, and measure price elasticity.

  • Develop predictive models to forecast customer lifetime value (LTV) and identify key drivers of churn, turning these insights into actionable strategies.

  • Develop and run simulations to forecast the revenue, adoption, and usage impact of new commercial strategies.

  • Partner with the marketing team on marketing science projects, such as customer segmentation and marketing mix modeling to optimize spend and targeting.

  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

  • Stay at the forefront of innovation in SaaS monetization, data science, and machine learning, and champion new methodologies within the team.
