You have several years of professional experience in an industrial company, ideally in logistics or a "blue collar" environment. If you’ve already gained some leadership experience – even better!
You possess sound knowledge of business-related topics and are familiar with common Microsoft Office programs
You see your main responsibility in supporting your team and creating an environment in which everyone has the opportunity to learn and grow
You are passionate about technology and see it as the key to continuous improvement
You feel confident making clear decisions and always communicate openly, honestly, and respectfully; you’re not afraid of conflict and handle mistakes with transparency
You are business fluent in German and have fluent English skills
You are willing to travel occasionally, both nationally and internationally (approx. 10%)
