Act as the liaison between engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure successful implementation.
Monitor and report project progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with corporate procedures, customer requirements, and industry standards.
Support the preparation and execution of pilot runs, validations, and process capability studies.
Maintain accurate documentation of project milestones, changes, and approvals.
Provide training and technical support to production teams during the introduction of new products or process modifications.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering change management.
Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage risks and resolve issues.
Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
Proficiency with ERP systems and project documentation tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
