Job Summary

Provides patient care under RN/LPN direction; supports assessments, basic clinical tasks, and unit workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

• In or completed first semester of accredited program LPN program.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR certification.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Collect/monitor/report information; promote engagement and continuity.

• Practice infection prevention; report safety risks.

• Participate in performance improvement; demonstrate competency.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.

• Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling.

• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs independently; >50 lbs with assistance/devices.

• Assist with patient repositioning and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment.

• Manual dexterity for clinical procedures and computer use; adequate vision, hearing, and speech.
