The National Manager, People & Culture is a trusted strategic partner responsible for supporting a portfolio of MOVATI clubs and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality People & Culture experience. This role leads HR shared services and drives the implementation of best‑practice programs in talent development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and change management.
