Job Description

Department Overview

This role is focused on US market execution, coordination, and operational ownership. 

Scope includes:

  • Day-to-day operational support and query resolution for US markets
  • Monthly roster reviews and execution, including new, closed, sold stores, and role changes
  • User and group governance covering All Staff, Best Bets, District, and Profit Center groups
     

End-to-end US KPI management, including:

  • Monthly data entry and validation
  • Analytics and reporting for US Profit Centers
  • Leadership KPI reports and executive updates
  • Preparation and distribution of KPI reports to US McOpCo audiences
  • Escalation management related to access issues, automation gaps, and compliance risks
  • Cross-functional coordination with Global SPAN, Atos, HR, Operations, and Legal teams
  • US Owner Operator (OO) deployment planning, execution, and project management, including stakeholder management
  • Compliance, audit readiness, and ongoing risk management support
  • Activation and engagement content inputs for project and leadership decks
  • Oversight and validation of automation outputs (GAM / DMRs)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-8 years’ experience in related field 
  • MS Proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
