Role	Responsibilities
Bar Assistant (Catering) Casual rate	Under instruction and following appropriate training: Responsible for operating within all licensing conditions, bar policies and procedures. Serving food and drinks. Basic cleaning tasks. Ensuring that the bar runs in an efficient manner.
