Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Follow up the cases and grievances of RTA against outsiders or litigation by external parties against the RTA and to find better solutions and agreements to resolve them.
KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES:
# Prepare legal memorandum.
# Build good and fruitful relationship with other government departments to exchange expertise and knowledge.
# Conduct research for best practices regarding cases and grievances to improve RTA standards in contracts and
agreements.
# Represent the department in committees with regard to legal issues related to cases and grievances.
# Prepare investigation records for staff who conflict with the RTA legislation and regulations.
# Perform other related responsibilities related to the position as appropriate
# Implement the decisions and judgments issued by judicial authorities for the benefit of others against the staff
of the Authority.
# Maintain a database containing historical information about cases and grievances to prevent recurrence.
Education
# Bachelor degree in Law from a recognized University.
