Healthy Steps Specialist, Full Time, Day Shift

Job Summary The Healthy Steps Specialist is responsible for the coordination and implementation of projects and tasks associated with Summit Healthcare’s Healthy Steps for Young Children Program service delivery.  This position is responsible for completing projects and tasks that are cross-functional and complex in nature, supporting many tasks concurrently, motivating personnel, managing competing demands, reacting well under pressure, overcoming obstacles, and leading and influencing others. Essential Functions - Conducts team-based well child visits with parents and their children alongside the primary care provider. </
