Job Title: Healthy Grandfamilies Coordinator
Location: Taylor County Schools
Funding Source: Step 7

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's/Associate's degree in education, social work or related field. Experience working with families.

Compensation: $30.00 per hour not to exceed 15 hours per month or a total of 180 hours 

Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain effective communication with grandparents raising grandchildren.
Support and coordinate the delivery of supports aligned with needs and goals that are based on best practice and risk factor research to grandparents raising grandchildren.
Monitor and adjust services to maximize effectiveness and impact.
Competent with Microsoft products and Internet search engines.
Schedule monthly meetings with families and coordinate activities to support their needs.
Attend required training sessions.
Meet with Curriculum Director monthly to discuss program plans and status.

Duration:
2026-2027 school year
