Director of Outpatient Clinical Services
Location: Philadelphia and Southampton, PA
Salary: $90,000 annually
Department: Behavioral Health Services
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
About the Role:
Bethanna is seeking a dedicated clinical leader to oversee our outpatient behavioral health services for children, youth, and families. The Director will provide clinical, administrative, and operational leadership across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care. This role includes supervising clinical and support staff, managing program development, and supporting trauma-informed practices throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage outpatient behavioral health programs across both sites
- Provide clinical supervision to therapists, interns, psychiatrists, and psychologists
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
- Oversee internship and training programs, building partnerships with colleges
- Monitor program outcomes, quality improvement, and risk management
- Manage operational staff, budgets, and resource allocation
- Represent Bethanna in the community and foster collaborations with schools and providers
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a clinically recognized mental health discipline with clinical practicum/internship
- Active Pennsylvania licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist)
- 3+ years post-master’s experience providing clinical services to children, youth, and families
- 2+ years clinical supervision experience in child/adolescent services
- Experience in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices preferred
