BCG Platinion helps the world's leading companies design and implement bold IT strategies. We move fast, work on complex challenges, and genuinely care about the talent we bring in. Now we're looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join our Warsaw team and own the end-to-end hiring of top IT consulting talent across Poland and Germany
What you'll do
You'll be the driving force behind finding and winning over exceptional IT talent, before they're even looking. Concretely, that means:
- Direct search ownership: map markets, build target-company lists, and proactively reach passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, communities, events, and referrals
- Pipeline building: maintain live talent pools across priority countries and skill clusters so we're never starting from zero
- Stakeholder partnership: collaborate closely with hiring managers in Poland and Germany to sharpen target profiles and recruiting strategies
- Candidate experience: guide candidates through every stage with clarity and professionalism: first contact, qualification, interview coordination across time zones, and offer support
- Continuous improvement: test new channels, messaging tactics, and market-specific approaches to keep our sourcing sharp
What you bring
- 2- 4 years of hands-on proactive sourcing / direct search experience, ideally for IT roles (architects, consultants, etc.)
- Fluency in Polish and English, German is a plus
- Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM tools
- A structured approach to translating role briefs into search strategies, with the ability to juggle multiple vacancies across countries in parallel
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
What you get
- Real ownership and creative latitude in a fast-moving, international environment
- Competitive compensation and benefits package
- Hybrid setup: home office + central Warsaw office
- Strong feedback culture with individual goal-setting
- Annual training budget plus ongoing internal and external development
- Flexibility to work remotely from other EU countries up to 15 days/year
