
Global Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist – Operations CoE

You will work at the core of BCG’s global Talent Acquisition ecosystem, connecting policies, tools, and processes to strengthen governance, reduce risk, and ensure compliant operations worldwide. Your main responsibilities will include:
Policy Governance and Compliance
- Own and continuously evolve global Talent Acquisition policies and governance frameworks to enable compliant, risk-mitigated operations with a strong focus on data privacy and protection
- Drive alignment across Legal, the Data Protection Office (DPO), Responsible AI (RAI), and other stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into scalable operational practices
- Lead the development and deployment of GenAI-enabled solutions that improve policy accessibility, accelerate updates, and strengthen adoption and adherence globally
- Identify policy gaps, compliance risks, and operational trends, providing actionable recommendations to improve governance effectiveness and reduce risk exposure
Tool Access Management and Coordination
- Own user access governance for core TA platforms, including operational oversight, access structures, role models, and continuous optimization of UAM processes
- Drive harmonized access management practices across regions and business units to improve consistency, transparency, and operational efficiency
- Analyze platform usage patterns, access trends, and user behaviors to generate actionable insights and recommend improvements to platform governance and user experience
- Lead and grow a global user community that promotes knowledge sharing, adoption, and scalable best practices across recruiting teams
Process Harmonization and Insights
- Lead the analysis and harmonization of recruiting processes across local, regional, and business unit teams to identify root causes, eliminate inefficiencies, and define scalable best practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by translating operational findings and stakeholder feedback into practical, high-impact recommendations
- Own KPI frameworks and reporting approaches that generate meaningful insights into policy effectiveness, operational performance, and process improvement opportunities
- Drive stakeholder alignment through structured governance forums, clear decision documentation, and end-to-end ownership of follow-up actions and implementation tracking
CoE Positioning and Impact
- Strengthen the GTA OPS Center of Excellence (CoE) as a trusted global authority for recruiting operations, governance, and process excellence
- Lead the GTA OPS Functional Leadership Community (FLC), driving collaboration, alignment, and exchange of scalable operational best practices across teams
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Learning & Development to design and deliver practical, up-to-date learning solutions that improve adoption of global policies, tools, and processes
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR operations, governance, or a related field
- Proven ability to drive operational improvements, manage cross-functional initiatives, and deliver results in global, matrixed environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including experience translating data and operational insights into practical recommendations
- Experience working across global stakeholders and navigating complex organizational environments with clarity and sound judgment
- Strong digital fluency, including Microsoft 365, reporting tools, and GenAI-enabled applications
- Practical understanding of data privacy, compliance, and risk considerations related to HR or recruiting operations
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment

- You will be part of BCG's Global Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Senior Manager and Head of BCG’s Global TA OPS CoE
- You will collaborate with global stakeholders across Process, Product, Data, IT, Finance, Procurement, and Legal
