This role is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of training planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of our local onboarding and learning portfolio. You will ensure training programs are aligned with business priorities, deliver a high-quality learner experience, and drive measurable impact across Consulting Team (CT), Business Services Team (BST), and SBU populations.
You will play a key role in strengthening learning operations across São Paulo and Rio, combining execution excellence with continuous improvement. Working closely with regional and global L&D teams, you will identify opportunities to enhance the learning offer, optimize processes, and support evolving business needs.
You will:
- Own the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and delivery of training programs for ~ 700 employees across CT, BST, and SBUs in São Paulo and Rio
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing formats (virtual, hybrid, in-person), improving processes, and ensuring a seamless learner experience.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders, advising on learning solutions and managing expectations to ensure high-impact outcomes.
- Analyze training data, feedback, and participation trends to generate actionable insights and continuously improve the training portfolio.
- Identify capability gaps and proactively propose enhancements or new learning initiatives tailored to business needs and cohorts.
- Manage relationships with internal and external providers, evaluating quality, impact, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure all training activities are delivered to a high-quality standard, with strong attention to detail, consistency, and engagement.
- Maintain accurate training records and reporting, ensuring data integrity and transparency.
- Anticipate risks and resolve issues independently, ensuring smooth delivery of complex activities
- Collaborate with ISA and EMEA L&D teams to align on processes, policies, training portfolio, and global learning campaigns, while building strong cross-functional relationships.
- 5 + years’ work experience in Learning & Development, HR, or training operations, ideally in a fast-paced or professional services environment
- University Degree or Master in a subject relevant to the HR field is very valuable
- Proven ability to own end-to-end training programs (planning, delivery, evaluation, improvement)
- Strong experience in stakeholder management with confidence advising on learning solutions
- Experience collaborating across teams, ideally in international or multi-regional environments
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with L&D tools and systems (e.g., LMS, survey tools, reporting dashboards)
- Skilled and trained on a variety of technical tools, (e.g., Zoom, Slack, AI tools, etc.)
- Strong project management and prioritization skills, with ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
