The Time Management Specialist supports North America Regional Finance teams by ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of timesheet data within the Infor system as part of a growing Shared Services function. This role is responsible for reviewing, correcting, and maintaining timesheet entries to support revenue recognition, financial reporting, and audit requirements, while resolving coding issues and partnering with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Staffing, and Operations. The position requires a highly detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in financial systems, data entry, and timesheet compliance, and also contributes to audit cycles, reporting activities, and continuous process improvement initiatives under the guidance of the Shared Services Finance Manager.
 
Infor (Time & Expense) System Management

  • Enter new timesheets into the system as part of the weekly Monday audit cycle.
  • Perform timesheet audits in the Infor system to ensure accuracy and compliance for revenue recognition.
  • Process timesheet corrections in alignment with guidance from cross-functional Finance teams.
  • Manage project code conversions, analyze project-related cases, and ensure all corrections are accurately processed to support reliable financial reporting.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the Infor system, including timesheet processes, controls, and policies.
  • Partner closely with Finance stakeholders to support ongoing timesheet correction workflows and audit activities.

Reporting Activities

  • Maintain and update internal databases using Microsoft Excel to support timesheet audit processes and revenue reporting.
  • Collaborate with Staffing teams on audit reports to ensure accurate and timely processing of timesheet corrections.
  • Prepare, analyze, and reconcile revenue change reports using Microsoft Excel.


  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Accounting or Finance preferred, with 3–5 years of relevant business experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience in finance-related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in business, accounting, or financial management.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint) and experience with enterprise systems such as Oracle or SAP.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • English proficiency at a B2+ level.
  • Strong communication skills: experience in customer service or stakeholder management is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
