Glenmont Job Corps is seeking a professional, dependable, and proactive Safety & Security Advisor to help maintain a safe and supportive campus community. Must have valid In state Drivers License and High School Disploma/GED

🔒 What You’ll Do:
✔ Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the campus, students, staff, and visitors
✔ Conduct routine patrols and inspections of facilities and grounds
✔ Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns
✔ Enforce center policies and procedures to promote a secure environment
✔ Prepare accurate reports and documentation related to incidents and observations
✔ Collaborate with staff and leadership to support a positive student experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED. Advanced degrees preferred.
• Prefer Job Corps or related program experience.
• Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet Company insurability requirements.
• Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and /or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.
