💰 Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly Rate: $24.92 / hour
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Enjoy your weekends!).

📋 Key Responsibilities
Facility & Systems Upkeep
- Perform prompt repairs and preventative maintenance on core facility infrastructure.
- Conduct systematic, periodic inspections of campus building systems and equipment.
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex facility issues efficiently.
- Research and recommend strategic equipment purchases to improve safety.
Leadership & Quality Control
- Inspect work completed by maintenance personnel to ensure top quality.
- Supervise and coordinate with outside contractors on major replacement projects.
- Organize and prioritize work orders efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
Student Mentorship & Collaboration
- Oversee student training and monitor hands-on, work-based learning assignments.
- Coordinate directly with vocational training programs to maximize student development.
- Model professional career success standards, accountability, and mutual respect.
- Provide occasional student transportation support as needed by leadership.
💪 What You Bring to the Team
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (advanced degrees welcomed).
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in commercial building maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and boilers.
- Certifications: Technical certificates in specific building trades are highly preferred.
- License: Valid in-state driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
- Physical Ability: Fit to lift 40+ lbs, climb, crawl, stand, and bend daily.
