Maintenance Tech

Hotel Lucine is seeking a hands-on HVAC & Maintenance Technician to help maintain and support our 61-room boutique hotel. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, responding to guest maintenance requests, and performing preventative maintenance throughout guest rooms, public spaces, restaurants, rooftop areas, and back-of-house operations. The ideal candidate has strong HVAC experience and is comfortable handling a wide range of building maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and repairs.
