
Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator (59775)
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

Complete all paperwork associated with vehicle purchases accurately and efficiently.

Prepare, organize, and submit required documentation for internal processing, including purchase agreements and title paperwork.

Deliver paperwork to customers as needed and ensure a smooth, professional experience.

Work closely with Accounting to ensure all documents are received, processed, and approved in a timely manner.

Ensure check requests are submitted and processed; deliver checks when necessary.

Maintain organized records of all purchase files and ensure compliance with dealership policies.

Drive to customer locations or partner sites to pick up purchased vehicles.

Transport paperwork, checks, or vehicle-related items between dealership locations as needed.

Inspect and verify vehicle condition and documentation upon pickup.

Communicate professionally with customers and internal departments throughout the acquisition process.

Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination related to vehicle pickups and paperwork completion.

Support the Vehicle Buying Team with daily operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Must hold, or be able to obtain, a North Carolina Notary Public commission.
