Facilities & Merchandising Specialist (59759)

Job Responsibilities:

Inventory Merchandising, Control & Photography 

• Capture high-quality photos of all new and used vehicle inventory 
• Ensure consistency in photo quality, angles, lighting, and presentation standards Upload, organize, and maintain photos within inventory systems 
• Re-photograph vehicles as needed based on aging inventory or updates Maintain designated photo areas to ensure professional results 
• Conduct monthly physical inventory audits across both locations 
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory status codes 
• Track inventory movement and ensure accurate vehicle location at all times Produce and install vehicle addendums as required 

Grounds & Landscaping Maintenance 

• Mow, edge, and maintain all grass areas across both dealership locations
• Trim trees, hedges, and shrubs to uphold a clean, professional appearance
• Perform seasonal landscaping tasks (mulching, leaf removal, etc.) 
• Remove trash, debris, and maintain cleanliness of all exterior areas 

Lot & Exterior Appearance 

• Blow off sidewalks, parking lots, and entryways regularly 
• Clean and maintain exterior windows for showroom visibility 
• Ensure all customer-facing areas are clean, organized, and presentable 
• Support dealership curb appeal standards at all times 

Pest & Weed Control 

• Apply and manage weed control treatments throughout the property 
• Monitor and address pest issues proactively 
• Coordinate with outside vendors when necessary 

General Facility Maintenance 

• Perform routine facility upkeep, including but not limited to: 
  • Replacing light bulbs 
  • Basic plumbing fixes (e.g., toilets, minor leaks) 
  • Painting and touch-ups 
  • General repairs and upkeep 
  • Identify and report larger maintenance or safety concerns 
• Assist with maintaining a safe and functional work environment 

Success Expectations 

• Inventory is accurately tracked, audited, and merchandised 
• Vehicles are photographed promptly and meet company standards 
• Grounds and facilities consistently reflect a clean, professional appearance 
• Maintenance issues are addressed quickly and proactively 
• Both dealership locations maintain strong curb appeal and operational readiness

Qualifications:

• Primarily outdoor work with exposure to weather conditions
• Physical activity required, including lifting, bending, and operating equipment
• Work performed across multiple dealership locations
