
Clinical Staffing Coordinator
Job Description
Shift - Part-Time, Day
Work Schedule - Mon-Fri - 07:30am-4pm / two shifts a week
Principal Duties:
Under limited supervision, plans, organizes and provides nursing office management duties i.e., staffing, scheduling, maintenance of files, supply inventory and ordering, and nursing office daily operations. Also responsible for the coordination of activities to enhance patient placement and flow. Uses effective clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with key persons and departments to facilitate and maximize patient flow.
Work Experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of two years administrative or office management experience required.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Demonstrated knowledge various of computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and complete multiple projects without close supervision
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to type 40 words per minute
- The ability to ensure the confidentiality and rights of all patient, health system and departmental documents is required
- Demonstrates utilization of customer service skills.
Demonstrates ability to communicate and coordinate patient flow throughout the hospital to include direct admissions, ED admissions and transfers.

- Pay Range: $19.50 - $27.31
