Facilitate performance overview and governance reporting that ensures focus and executive transparency, including driving OKR definition and reporting, leading value realisation model and tracking, ensure capacity overview.
Manage financials of the organisation including submitting annual budget and quarterly forecasts, ensure monthly accruals and capitalisation, managing vendor contracts and burndown tracking, conduct variance analysis and explanations, handling internal expense agreements.
Drive community activities such as full-day team events, quarterly townhall calls, team surveys, and other activities that fosters a cohesive, high-performing culture.
Support Product Director and leadership team in defining product vision, building strategic narrative, anticipating future needs, and on-going business case development and tracking.
Support adoption approach and execution through data-driven and customer journey driven information, communication and guidance on relevant channels.
Stay current on best practice for digital product operating model, data product concept and industry-leading data platform functionalities (in particular Databricks).
