Prepare, draft and vet contracts, agreements, legal correspondence and other legal documentation to safeguard the Group’s interests.
Provide legal support, advice and guidance on matters pertaining to compliance, contract negotiations, litigation matters, as well as liaising/ coordination with external parties, including lawyers.
Manage and coordinate litigation and dispute matters, including:
