About This Role:

This role is responsible for driving process improvements, ensuring compliance with GDP guidelines, and maintaining high operational standards within the Life Science industry. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, standardization, and quality in processes, leveraging data-driven insights and digital tools.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or other Life Sciences fields.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong interest and familiar in digital tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, Palantir, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Quality principles, including GDP compliance, procedural documentation, and work instruction (WI) creation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and advanced skills in Excel, including data analysis and visualization.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving.
