Business Systems & Process Specialist

Your Role

You will enhance operational efficiency by providing troubleshooting system and process support within Customer Service. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, identify and implement innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement aligned with best practices and strategic objectives.

You will conduct root cause analysis on system and process issues, proactively identify opportunities to increase efficiency, and promote close collaboration with functions outside Customer Service such as AR, Distribution, Purchasing, and IT to ensure timely resolution. You will identify, analyze, implement, and monitor new requirements for Customer Service processes, systems, and tools, participating in workshops, end-user testing, data validation, and other change-request activities as the subject matter expert.

You will also provide training and documentation for end users on new processes or process changes, and maintain consistent communication with the Customer Service organization on issues, updates, and feedback affecting day-to-day activities.

This role operates with a LATAM scope and frequent collaboration with global partners across the US, Canada, Europe, and APAC, and requires 3+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing environment, business process improvement, project management, or a similar role.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related business/education field (preferred)
  • English and Spanish required (functional English level: able to communicate and collaborate effectively with global teams)
  • Problem solving: solves problems independently by identifying solutions and analyzing information
  • Effective collaboration: demonstrates autonomous, cross-functional influence and accountability while thriving in collaborative settings, incorporating input from key stakeholders
  • Analytical and results-driven mindset, with proven experience in business process design and implementation
  • Continuous improvement: commitment to expanding expertise in relevant areas, with strong organizational skills to monitor priorities and flexibility in workload planning
  • Strong communication skills to interact with end users, management, and global stakeholders, understanding business needs and collecting feedback on process performance
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, specifically SAP SD (high-level user knowledge of order entry processes and end-to-end functional flows, no configuration/coding level required)
  • Project support: proven experience in implementing new programs, processes, and technologies, including change management and stakeholder management initiatives
  • Strong operational knowledge across Customer Service and Sales Support systems and tools
  • Availability to work with occasional schedule flexibility to support project go-lives (1–2 times per year)
