Your Role:

As a Supply Planning Expert, you will be part of the ‘External Manufacturing – Supply Chain’ team within the Life Science Supply Chain organization and you will be in charge of planning/buying finished goods from external manufactures throughout the world. A challenging, fast, cross-functional and international work environment is waiting for you.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure that all defined key performance indicators are achieved (e.g. on-time delivery) to increase customer satisfaction at reasonable costs
• Planning/buying activities of finished goods will be one of your major tasks including maintenance of purchasing parameters of your portfolio and alignment with a variety of internal stakeholders like Sourcing/Marketing/Quality/Finance
• Collaboration with global suppliers and you’ll prepare/lead monthly supply chain meetings with key suppliers
• Global projects, such as production transfers between suppliers, improvement of reporting, etc. will be part of your job as well

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of supply chain experience 

OR

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business with 2 + years of supply chain experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP), (Oracle) and analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high level of self-motivation and agility
• Open-minded team player with understanding cultural diversities
• Ability to balance priorities/work under pressureRSREMD

Pay Range for this position: $58,100 - $87,100/year

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
