YOUR TASKS
- Localize global employee engagement frameworks for APeC to ensure relevance and consistent implementation across countries within agreed timelines.
- Drive the execution of regional engagement programs across employee feedback (Employee Opinion Survey, Great Place To Work, Employee Net Promoter Approach), recognition (Can Do Award, Employee of the Year), belonging (DEIB, DHL’s Got Heart, Upstairs), and engagement events (Asia Cup, Country Games Day, Appreciation Week) and as well as Health and Well‑being programs.
- Support the delivery of a digitized employee experience by continuously enabling Smart Connect as a primary communication and engagement channel.
- Enable alignment across global, regional, and country HR teams by facilitating communication and developing communication materials, toolkits, guides, and project updates to support effective implementation of EE&E initiatives.
- Track regional and country engagement program effectiveness and support countries in improving adoption and execution quality.
- Provide data insights and reports (dashboards, analyses, summaries) to management to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
YOUR PROFILE
- A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, employee experience, or organizational development, preferably including regional or multi‑country exposure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
- Solid analytical capability with experience interpreting engagement surveys and people metrics.
- Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience working in a multicultural, matrix organization.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with digital engagement platforms is an advantage.
