At IT Services, we are passionate about Cyber Security. Our Cyber Defense Center 24/7 Monitoring team is continuously expanding. No matter your level of Cyber Security proficiency, you can always grow within our diverse environment.

You will work within team of Cyber Security professionals analyzing events in SIEM solution and responding to alerts. Escalating them to Security Incidents. Together you will form first line of defense against any Cyber Security threat.

This position requires working in shifts.

As an Information Security Analyst, having analytical mindset is a huge plus. More in-depth knowledge of networking, security concepts and system administration will also be an integral part of your role.

You are a SIEM aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of Network Security, Information Security concepts. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Hi, my name is Miroslav Ullver and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2018, when I took a role as Information Security Analyst in the CDC 24/7 Monitoring team. Gaining more hands-on experience with Cyber Security has always fascinated me, so I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed in a Senior Information Security engineer role. In 2021, I moved to a management role, being Manager of Team.
