Job Description
- Support the maintenance and administration of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, operational tools)
- Contribute to system availability through proactive monitoring and issue prevention
- Assist in resolving incidents and performance issues related to IT services
- Collaborate with internal teams and business units to ensure smooth IT operations
- Support IT projects by validating infrastructure readiness and meeting acceptance criteria
- Participate in different rotations to gain exposure to various IT support areas
- Learn and gradually take ownership of first-level support and service desk activities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed within the last 1 year or ongoing studies)
- Fluent English knowledge
- Basic IT background (infrastructure, systems, or programming fundamentals)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop in IT operations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
