Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end management of Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Notices (ECN), ensuring timely implementation and cross-functional alignment within manufacturing operations.
  • Define and optimize manufacturing processes, including detailed operation sequencing to support efficiency, quality, and production readiness.
  • Develop, elaborate, and maintain Electronic Work Instructions (EWI), ensuring accuracy, standardization, and compliance with manufacturing requirements.
  • Administer Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities within Windchill, supporting configuration control, change management, and data integrity across the product lifecycle.
  • Manage ECN packages from PLM through SAP and MES systems, enabling seamless data transfer, execution on the shop floor, and traceability across enterprise systems.
