Responsible for NPI alignment among Aftersales Training and other departments and support departmente in the projects;
Responsible for specific tasks in Aftersales Training as machine transport process, TC safety, etc;
Monitoring with Customer support department, improvement opportunities in order to deliver more quality in our trainings;
Present Aftersales Training department for customers and dealers;
Attend calls with dealers and customers.
