Content Delivery Controller, ELT

• Manage end-to-end asset processing including receiving, retrieving, processing, and delivering text, image, audio, video, animation, and game assets to internal teams and external suppliers
• Ensure all processed assets are correctly archived and easily retrievable
• Upload digital content to testing and live production environments, or coordinate with suppliers to ensure correct uploads
• Monitor and resolve upload issues or errors to ensure timely delivery
• Integrate content into interactive templates, ensuring accuracy in formatting, style, and structure
• Support testing and quality assurance processes to ensure stable and high-quality digital product releases
• Provide administrative and operational support across projects
• Assist Content Delivery teams during production phases with both technical and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements, including automation opportunities to reduce repetitive effort
