Job Description
- Read and review process order for specific instructions and specifications
- Requires clear and legible documentation on all required in process forms
- Operates bag and packet sealing machines
- Able to lift up to 35lbs
- Visually inspect material before packaging
- Capable of reading and using a ruler
- Monitor bag and packet quality in accordance to specifications and frequency requirements
- Alerts technician of defective material
- Make machine adjustments by using a variety of tools (wrenches, etc.)
- Maintaining housekeeping on the machines and other areas within the department
- Follow all department procedures
- Abide by all Clariant rules and safety regulations
- Communicates and reports issues to leadership
- Must be able to make weight adjustments when needed
- Able to run all available machines in the department efficiently
