Back to jobsMSc or PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or related field and strong expertise in materials science, vacuum technology, and high-voltage/RF systems, with deep understanding of material behavior under extreme operating conditions
Hands-on experience with material characterization, surface analysis, failure investigation, and reliability assessment methodologies
A structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to experimentation, root-cause analysis, and engineering problem solving
Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams, clear communication, good English skills while German is a big plus
Proven capability to lead technical projects, make data-driven engineering decisions, and contribute to continuous technology and process improvement
