Develop and monitor risk mitigation plans in collaboration with Procurement, Logistics Operations, business areas, and suppliers, ensuring greater predictability and operational continuity.
Monitor performance indicators related to material availability, stock levels, lead time compliance, operational efficiency, costs, and service quality.
Analyze logistics and supply processes, proposing improvements to simplify workflows, reduce waste, eliminate rework, and increase efficiency.
Promote the continuous improvement of material management processes through the use of data, digital tools, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure a responsive and solution-oriented service approach towards internal clients, providing appropriate follow-up on critical operational needs.
Work collaboratively with Procurement teams, warehouses, planning, operations, suppliers, and other stakeholders, contributing to a more efficient, resilient, and service-oriented supply chain.
