Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Organize and manage data collected from Pavement Condition Assessment (PCA) survey.
- Analyse and interpret pavement condition indicators such as cracking, rutting, and surface roughness.
- Prepare clear and concise technical reports, data visualizations, and presentation slide materials.
- Assist in maintaining pavement databases and utilizing modelling software to support annual maintenance budgeting and planning.
- Collaborate effectively with design teams, maintenance units, other internal departments, and external clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Continuously learn and apply new engineering software, data analysis tools, and best practices in pavement and asset management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager to support project needs and team goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong academic background in road and pavement engineering is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, data visualization).
- Interest in data management and data-driven decision making.
- Knowledge in handling/ managing and performing statistical analysis of large datasets is an added advantage.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new software and skills.
- Candidate must have strong attention to detail and possess an analytical mindset.
