Senior Service Transition Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Service Transition Manager to lead the successful transition of IT services for one of OneAdvanced’s highest-priority customers, while also supporting other key strategic accounts and programmes where needed.   You’ll own the end-to-end transition process, ensuring new and changed services move smoothly into live operation with minimal disruption and maximum stability. From planning and governance through to testing, deployment, and operational readiness, you’ll make sure every transition is delivered to a consistently high standard.
