职位职能
负责联系安排原料成品检测, 数据输入系统, 实验室仪器校准等工作.
职责和任务
1.完成年度目标设定的工作内容；
2.按照《HSE-S责任承诺书》履行HSE-S职责；
3.完成产品和原料的检验，提交检验报告；
4.计量仪器的管理和维护；
5.对客户投诉产品质量进行调查，提交报告；
6.为新产品试制和日常生产提供技术问支持；
7.负责原料质量问题的调查和解决，保证无重大质量投诉发生；
8.参与任何涉及安全操作规程的制定或更新；
9.执行5S管理, 确保办公范围达到公司要求；
10.公司及上级交办的其它事项。
职位要求
大专或以上学历；
化学、化工、化学分析等相关专业；
三年以上化学分析实验室工作经验；
有滴定仪，及液相色谱，离子色谱，原子吸收光谱，ICP发射光谱等大型仪器使用经验者优先考虑。
有计量校准员证书优先考虑；
流利的普通话；
具备简单的英语读写能力；
良好的计算机使用技能，良好的OFFICE办公技能；
有SAP使用经验优先考虑；
COMPETENCIES 能力:
- 扎实的专业知识基础和纯熟规范的化学分析技能；
- 熟悉相关物料的检验流程及对应工作指引，熟悉污水分类；
- 熟悉公司相关的HES指引，熟悉实验室的安全要求；
- 熟悉相关仪器的使用及基本维护；
- 优秀的学习应用和分析应变能力；
- 良好沟通表达能力和团队协调能力；
- 优秀的职业道德和职业素养；
