About the Team The Talent Acquisition Process Management team (TAPM) plays a critical role in building a scalable, compliant, and high-quality hiring ecosystem. We focus on defining process and governance standards and enhancing candidate experience, strengthening assessment frameworks and interviewer enablement, and establishing clear policies and operational rigor to ensure adherence to company standards and local regulatory requirements across markets. Our goal is to enable hiring teams to operate with clarity and precision, while continuously improving how we hire.
As our Recruiting Program Partner, you will be a key driver of efficiency and effectiveness for the Talent Acquisition Process Management team. This critical role is responsible for managing core operational processes and programs while balancing impactful project work. We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate individual who thrives on improving operational excellence and works with a strong sense of urgency. To foster our culture of collaboration and cross-functional partnership, we currently work in a hybrid model that includes three days per week in the office. As our business evolves, these requirements may be adjusted.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day recruiting operations, including job description approvals, background check processing, and on-call support inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Manage multiple high-priority tasks and projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities while delivering professional, high-quality results.
- Address and resolve escalations with sound judgment, urgency, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Assist in creating, refining, and maintaining critical documentation, including process playbooks, workflows, training materials, and presentations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted partner for recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a recruiting operations or program/project management role, with a strong focus on process improvement and background check processing.
- Demonstrated ability to execute tasks with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and operational rigor.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities seamlessly.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and urgent situations with care, confidentiality, and cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Strong administrative skills in developing process documentation, playbooks, training aids, and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a high-growth, global technology company.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
- A proactive and positive attitude, especially when navigating challenging situations.

Placement in the range depends on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and location.
