What You Will Deliver
- To handle requirements from warehouse’s project needs
- To be responsible for inbound /outbound tasking
- To be responsible outing to collect goods from customers
- Keep close monitoring the inventory level and in/outbound activities
- Stock taking and inventory control
- Well allocated parcel/pallet into warehouse
- Coordinate the work of warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders
- Assist Warehouse Manager in managing daily warehouse operations including but not limited to goods receiving, order picking, loading and transportation
- To execute daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business result in the department
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Who You Are
- Diploma or above in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations and with Retail, FMCG or eCommerce exposure is definitely an advantage
- Fork-lift Truck Operation Certificates preferred.
- Good command of Cantonese and English
- Proficient in Chinese and English typing
- Fundamental Microsoft Office knowledge and experience, especially in Excel and Google Sheet
- Have a knowledge of TMS/WMS will be a plus
- Enthusiastic about logistics, e-commerce and project-based operations
- Willing to work on the roster and shift basis
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Operations Executive
