About UHP
UHP — Unlock Human Potential is building a new category of education centered around whole-human experiential vocational training, leadership development, and purpose-driven transformation. UHP serves veterans, transitioning service members, and purpose-driven individuals through immersive programs that integrate human performance, leadership, wellness, vocational skills, and personal growth.

Senior Project Manager – Ignite America
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional project management role.
UHP is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Ignite America to help build and operationalize Ignite America from the ground up—turning vision into execution at scale.
This role sits at the center of everything: facilities, construction, infrastructure, equipment, procurement, curriculum, technology, and operational readiness. You will not simply manage schedules and meetings—you will help build a world-class training environment that supports the future of skilled trades education.
The ideal candidate is a builder who thrives in ambiguity, creates structure where none exists, and takes ownership through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Build & Operationalize Ignite America
Design and execute the roadmap required to launch Ignite America training environments and infrastructure
Support construction planning, sequencing, and project phasing across campus facilities and operational environments
Drive operational readiness across classrooms, training labs, shops, equipment, and technology systems
Help ensure all environments are functional, operational, and ready for use
Construction & Project Leadership
Oversee multiple project activities across construction, facilities, infrastructure, and campus initiatives
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Assist with project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and project execution
Participate in design review, constructability discussions, RFIs, submittals, and change-order management
Cross-Functional Leadership
Drive alignment across Construction, Facilities, Procurement, Curriculum, Technology, Operations, and Leadership teams
Translate technical and project-related information into actionable updates for non-technical stakeholders
Build scalable workflows, systems, and project standards that support future growth
Accountability & Execution
Track project milestones, KPIs, budgets, risks, and deliverables
Identify issues early and proactively solve problems before impacting delivery
Maintain organized project documentation and leadership reporting
Support campus safety requirements and regulatory compliance efforts
Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in project management, construction management, operations, owner's representation, or similar roles
Experience building or operationalizing complex environments from concept through execution
Experience managing architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong execution mindset—you do not just plan, you deliver
Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
Experience with project management methodologies and tools
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field
Experience with large-scale campus, infrastructure, or multi-site environments
Experience launching new facilities, programs, or environments from scratch
Exposure to trade schools, workforce development, or educational environments
Military experience or strong connection to the veteran community
PMP or related certification preferred
Schedule & Work Environment
Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday; however, flexibility is required based on project milestones, construction timelines, operational priorities, vendor coordination, and launch activities. This role will require occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed to support successful execution and operational readiness.
Work Environment: Fully onsite at 25200 Ranch Road, Gentry, AR 72734. This role operates in a fast-paced, hands-on environment supporting the build and launch of Ignite America across an active 800+ acre campus.
