Core Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Aesthetic Insight & Creative Capability: You are expected to have independent creative thinking, the ability to propose innovative design solutions that align with brand identity.

  • Strong Project Management & Ownership: You are able to reasonably arrange project progress, allocate work tasks and collaborate related team members according to the project requirement ad timeline.

  • Cross-Team Communication & Collaboration: You are expected to work closely with cross-functional team, e.g.: operation, sales, project manage, construction and other teams to clarify design requirements, align project goals, and effectively present design ideas to non-design stakeholders, balancing creative expression with business needs.

  • User-Centric and agility mindset: You can accurately capture the aesthetic preferences and usage habits of the brand’s target audience, adjust design strategies based on audience and market feedback, improve the conversion and communication effect of design works

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Interior & Architect Design, or related majors with previous portfolio attached together with CV is preferred.

  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience in brand design team or design agency, with complete and representative design cases; working experience in fast-paced industries such as toy, fashion, sport is preferred.

  • Strong stress resistance and adaptability, able to handle multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Master common professional design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Autocad, Powerpoint, Word, Excel and etc.
