Working closely with colleagues in Product and Marketing Development (PMD) as well as in our Markets and Channels (M&C) and using your high level analytical expertise - help us to ensure that our portfolio meets the LEGO Group’s commercial strategy objectives and our mission to provide outstanding shopper experiences!
Sitting within The Global Commercial Development (GCD) organisation, the role will be part of the Global Commercial Portfolio Management team and join a group of strong, energised and motivated specialists.
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities
Support and drive the process to consolidate and prioritise the M&C portfolio input into our portfolio development process (P-Process) led by the PMD organisation.
Drive alignment and collaboration with Market Groups to develop and deploy a portfolio optimised for shoppers, retailers and channels.
Track critical recommendations and ensure these are prioritised in global portfolio development dialogues.
Scale best practices: assess portfolio performance by evaluating different metrics (# SKUs, Productivity, Consumer Sales, etc.), and model quantitative impact of different choices and scenarios, shaping future deployment focus areas and trade-offs.
Work with experienced colleagues in the team to support broader strategic and analytical portfolio process – including portfolio/franchise analysis, pre-order process etc.

The Commercial Portfolio Management is a global team playing a key role in providing input on our portfolio from a commercial and execution point of view towards PMD. As well as supporting our M&C organisation with portfolio deployment guidance and best practices.
Based out of Billund or Copenhagen, you will report into the Head of Commercial Portfolio Management and become part of a small, specialised team focusing on portfolio development, portfolio differentiation and portfolio segmentation / listings recommendations.
Do you have what it takes?
Strong analytical mindset: Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive portfolio performance and a High proficiency in Excel.
Relevant commercial experience: Background in FMCG/Consumer Goods or management consulting, with strong exposure to portfolio or commercial strategy.
Stakeholder influence & collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and cross-regionally, influencing senior stakeholders effectively.
Execution in complexity: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing change, and driving structured processes in a fast-paced global environment.
Growth mindset & communication: Proactive, curious, and willing to experiment, paired with clear and effective communication in English.
Proficiency in English language skills (written and spoken)
