Overview Are you ready to make a difference in a global organization? As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and compliant financial operations across the Latin America region. Your expertise will help maintain vendor compliance, streamline processes, and support our local teams, making a meaningful impact on our business and the communities we serve. How you'll make an impact Ensure vendor compliance by reviewing invoices and approvals, contributing to a seamless accounts payable process. Support LATAM offices with supplier invoice processing, payment preparation, and multi-currency transactions. Maintain and enhance vendor records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with local teams, tax, and accounting to address regulatory changes and reporting requirements. Conduct training sessions to empower internal and local LATAM staff with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Assist in maintaining the LATAM Authorization Structure and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Work closely with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in accounts payable processes. About you We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment and brings: Experience: At least 1 year in accounts payable or a similar role, with a strong foundation in vendor maintenance and account reconciliation. Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams. Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish to support our diverse LATAM region, Portuguese is preferred. Adaptability: A self-starter with professional maturity, ready to take on challenges and grow with us. Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% of the time.
