FORVIA - HELLA is seeking its next great Lead Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our human resources team. The primary function of this role is to support our dynamic employee compensation and benefit packages. This individual will be joining a well established group that is focused on supporting our internal associates. Daily Responsibilities Lead the administration and evolution of U.S. employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, wellness, etc.). Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships and escalated employee benefit issues. Oversee compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements. Guide open enrollment planning, execution, and employee communication efforts. Own the implementation and ongoing administration of compensation programs, including annual merit cycles, incentive plans, and equity programs (if applicable). Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations using global and regional market data (e.g., WTW, Mercer).
