Overall responsibility for program or project samples*) with respect to time, quality/function and cost (incl. sample scrap cost)Leading SE team „Samples“Bottleneck management (incl. escalation to integrator, engineering line manager or sample value stream manager)Responsibility for „material obligo“, i.e. material on stocke.g. release for procurement forecast, material change management, usage of stocked material, release for material scrappingDefine and track sample milestone plan (timeline / quantities / technical contents) based on project milestone planAlign, define and follow up on sample project plan and sample cost with sample shop, purchasing and engineering (e.g. building block responsibilities)Consolidate all internal and external demands + (i.e. baseline releases, change management, risk management)Manage relevant bottlenecks (e.g. process related or technical issues, prioritization of materials and sample builds, escalations, target conflicts)Measure and report sample KPIs (e.g. SE team, PRC)Lead SAMCO in terms of contentsCollaborate in sample value stream process improvement (led by sample value stream manager)
