JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Be in charge of General Trade area sales. Follow up with and manage dealers in the assigned area.
- Manage shopfronts, product displays, and POP materials to support dealers and ensure compliance with Panasonic standards.
- Manage dealer sales: support and take responsibility for achieving sell-out, sell-through, and inventory targets.
- Implement sales activities and campaigns, including demos, roadshows, banners, standees, lucky draws…
- Manage the dealer network: propose plans to expand and strengthen the network, and manage dealer showcases and investments.
- Manage and update dealer profiles.
- Update and report market information, and propose activities to increase sales.
- Support dealers in settlement processes to ensure all payments are accurate and completed on time.
- Build strong relationships with wholesalers and sub-dealers.
- Propose sales targets for sales representatives and set working routes for them.
- Cooperate with related divisions.
- Follow and report result/budget used up to Sales manager
- Others support sales jobs
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Sales-oriented mindset.
- Strong logical thinking skills.
- High sense of responsibility, strong follow-through, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work with passion and deliver high performance.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Experience working in Sales or Business Development in relevant industries is preferred.
- Good at MS office, excel
