This is a high-performance, revenue-owned media buying role focused on scaling Native advertising as a core acquisition channel within a fast-paced digital publishing environment. You will take full ownership of campaign performance, managing significant media budgets while optimizing across the entire marketing funnel—from creative strategy and landing page experience to conversion and downstream monetization. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, rapid execution, and a willingness to operate with full accountability for outcomes rather than activities. You will be responsible for identifying performance drivers, testing aggressively, and scaling what works in a highly data-driven, ROI-focused environment. Working cross-functionally with creative, editorial, and analytics teams, you will help shape both acquisition strategy and revenue optimization.
